"I am pleased to offer our review of the services rendered by Rob McCallum for the renovation

of our kitchen and staircase. The scope of work was a complete kitchen gut and remodel. For

the stairway, Rob removed the outdated railings and solid walls and opened it up with a

modern railing system and updated colors to match the main floor décor.

Rob offered my wife and I exceptional design and insight during the planning process with some

very impressive 3D renderings and plans. When we decided on a final design, he started on the

date promised and was very diligent to ensure that he arrived early and regularly to complete

the scope of work. He was always very personable and courteous, and we really appreciated

that he took the time every day before he left to clean the workspace and keep all his tools

packed up until the next day. Rob also personally coordinated with the City to ensure all

permits were ordered and completed.

Rob was able to complete the work on time and on budget and we are absolutely thrilled with

the final result and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rob and his

professional services for any scope of construction or remodel you are considering."
